I give / You give Coin

I give / You give The Coin

It is an old tradition that you can settle a bet – or other disputes – by tossing a coin in the air, which lands with heads or tails facing up.

On our coin, there is no doubt which side means what – we have written "I give" on one side, and "You give" on the other side.

Mønt was originally designed for our microbreweries, to decide who was buying the next round.

Now you have the opportunity to buy this unique coin, which has only been produced in 1000 copies.

Use it as you wish.

The coin is made of bronze and is plated with silver in the center.
The coin is oxidized, so it retains its current surface finish – and does not need to be polished.

The coin is designed by the Latvian artist Janis Strupulis, who has spent two months every summer at our studio in Herning for more than the past 25 years. During these visits, Janis Strupulis has been involved in designing logos, glasses, and decanters, among many other things. With a background as royal coin designer in Latvia, it was an obvious choice for us to have Janis Strupulis design our coin.
